I'll believe in the Hedera community when I see actual activity on Hedera DeFi. Without a large and varied DeFi ecosystem, HBAR will not appreciate in value. Period.

Right now it's just one way only to RECOVER the public TRUST (developers, builders, teams, employees, community) PRICE ACTION. Nothing else can do it.

Results matter. We need to see concrete positive results leading to reasonable price action. If we see multiple events of positive results all of this consternation will pass.

All of the Hedera entities need to start getting serious about MOVING WITH VELOCITY to get things moving and get sow “W” in the win column. Dragging feet on at least two major GC members is nonsense. At least one major one was supposed to come out at the WEF but gridlock prevented it. The only thing everyone is looking for is results! General George Patton used to frequently say that “a good plan executed well now is far better than the perfect plan executed too late!” All Hedera entities MUST start producing results NOW!

If I understand what's been covered in this video, I should be a bit worried. I'm hearing Charles say to the board " you all aren't acting with integrity, performance demonstrated and what you're paying yourselves isn't at all in proper proportion". If I was overseeing a group with this behavior, I don't think I'd pay money to advertise it to the world either. I hope I'm wrong and misunderstanding all this, hedera is my largest holding exponentially.. Also to hear it said that token holders that supply the capital aren't "investors" seems like token holders are not at all valued, it's almost a dehumanizing way to think about people

Network needs a reset and complete overhaul if they are going to compete at all. Another problem I see is they have nobody to talk about the tech or collaborate with other networks etc. Leemon is nowhere to be heard. Unlike Anatoly, Vitalik which are the most vocal founders the communities can rally around them. It’s like Leemon made the tech, cashed out and retired.

Hedera needs to partner with social media platforms and influencers that already have a large, active userbase for their captive audience. Putting up booths and showing the Hedera logo at special events does not have much of an impact at all.

#CharlesXAdkins work many years in this market and knows very well the market perception about Hedera (dump on retail) Few days before was appointed, was revealed Tatsuaki Okamoto & community petition (is exact like today, nothing changed) Was public, all internet discused about this. He dont know about this letter? First Charles decision was to approved a huge amount 5B distributed coins from treasury... He put this letter just only because was forced by the community of Hedera developers. If he don't respond they could leave and if they leave it could be GAME OVER... We will see, but my feeling is: - with this rulles and with this executives team is imposible - is to late (in 6 months RECESION will come and all market will crash) - he is to weak and i don't think he realy want.

Good thoughts on compensation Brandon. We need people really involved, with skin in the game, not mercenaries. In this phase of initial network development, hedera leadership (particularly Hbar Foundation) must demonstrate that they really believe in Hedera and take risks like we are all doing. i.e with a modest salary and perhaps a performance bonus for the long term. It must be very nice to receive those luxury salaries while the rest of us (hbar holders) assume all the expenses and risks.

For Hedera to success, must Hbar to perform and for this need a much more higher TVL because is the only who give confidence and brings trust and this trust will brings more builders & users who open new wallets, brings vibe & life, engagement & interactions, helping after to perform much more better all Hedera ecosystem. But for this, #CharlesXAdkins need to change the rulles AND this kind of management who is focused just on selling coins.

Any payments or incentives based on HBAR should be held in trust by Hedera with a time limit on convertiblity, say 5 to 10 years. What better way to ensure long-term productivity. This needs to be implemented to gain trust. This current remuneration might explain the abysmal performance of HBAR.

Hbar not supporting Jam enough its the biggest use case on Hedera & JamApp beats anything built on Hedera by a country mile.

It’s mind blowing that HBARF doesn’t have any KPIs, how was that allowed to happen? To me that says a lot about the culture that’s been allowed to develop in Hedera, it really does need a drastic reset.

Thanks Brandon and Rob for the great discussion. Decentralization is not an excuse for abuse and exploitation. To the contrary, it's meant to mitigate abuse and serve the interests of a wider community. Clearly the Foundation remains a major handicap and burdon in a highly competitive space. THF is responsible for ecosystem development. Whether Hedera can ultimately succeed despite 3 wasted years and the enormous waste of resources remains to be seen.

3 years on the council, 3 years of running an Hedera node, DBS left without building anything on it, i heard that they are going to do big stuff with ripple, WHY? Hedera and other networks have sacrificed full decentralisation in favour of governance, let's hope it works, no network is fully decentralised until running nodes becomes permissionless. Hedera is one of the least decentralised networks, i think that makes it more secure and less transparent to outsiders, making it more attractive to big enterprises who have things to hide. Fully decentralised networks do not need a GC, it is an oxymoron, having said all this, HBAR is still my favourite, thanks Brandon.

Appreciate very much Rob’s detailing the structure preventing direct action towards THF and Shayne in particular. Now we need a result / change of leadership at the Hbar Foundation and improvement of the structure going forward. Specifically: 1 Compensation in Hbar needs to be tied to measurable results, consistent with comparable businesses and vested for a period of time. 2 Staking needs to be restored to 5% or more. 3 Recognize hbar holders as “investors” as Brandon says. 4 Produce regular communication on GC project disclosures, timelines, network usage etc 5 Dramatically improve PR and marketing Finally, most of us have been waiting years to see our investments mature this market cycle. Taking profit is a necessary part of that process. This cycle will change people’s lives. Hedera does have a responsibility to get us in the race. This is a 100 year company. We need to see price movement compatible to other top projects, at or near the range of our ATH at .57. I believe action now along the lines in the Foundry’s letter will succeed in price discovery for this bull run. The technicals support prices as high as $2. Make it clear to everyone why this project deserves the market share. We already know.

In the area of compensation. If Hedera wants to compensate like as mentioned, an existing business in Silicon Valley, the biggest piece to me that needs to then be addressed is use the existing leverage the GC members have. Largest DLT in the space with this class of governance. Get Charles on CNBC, Fox, Bloomberg, CNN, Hedera ,Hedera, hbar, hbar and who the members are. ServiceNow and supply chain and AI, IBM and AI etc. With this, Hedera being seen would get way more attention and people interested in the Hedera ecosystem. Karatecombat, Dovu, Diamond Standard etc. Out pace the drain and the people supporting retail will be happy. My bet is Hedera's GC members know it's easy to get focus on the DLT if they wanted it, they'd have it. The question is why do they choose to not use the biggets tool which is themselves? No other DLT has this governance. A paid advertisement is great but if they don't use the name drops like Rob Allen has mentioned before, open doors for meetings. Why not use these aggressively in bringing eyes to Hedera?

The letter from Charles means nothing unfortunately. And seeing Rob wearing an Earthlings shirt is exactly why all this doubt is around. I know you also got compensated, Brandon. For you it is ok. But this guy talks about being involved in boards and whatnot takes compensation from a video game. Charles hasn't done anything since he is president and he won't. Rob also. Shanye also. You are right, Brandon, we gave them the capital and they work for us. NOT the other way around. They can be replaced, we can't be replaced. They must learn to understand this. They can't hide behind the companies in the council! We decide! We gave all the money! How dare they take our staking rewards and pay themselves all these bonuses. Shame on them! Thanks for the update this week! About the Hedera booth at Karate Combat's next event, I would have preferred seeing more attention to Hedera itself and what it is, what it does, and how it could benefit small and big companies, instead of promoting a game that's not finished yet (showcasing a year-old video of a mini-game that is... Don't mean to sound like a jerk but let's face it...), I like twigital being showcased as it's an amazing use case built on Hedera, and then Bonzo Finance, well, it's a defi product on Hedera, but 99% of the people there won't really care about it in my honest opinion. Let's make sure we get products showcased that leave people with this ''wow'' factor. Would love to see the community be more included in decisions like this.

Lets said they cheated you... Now you have the oportunity to change this kind of management focused 7 years on expenses who was sustained just with selling coins (7 YEARS!!!) in one focused only on investments for built. Thank you for your open honesty, I am a big holder and fan of HBAR and why to many people in Crypto hide negative information, I often get heat from it. But, I appreciate it, I take my money seriously!

With the big supplies of 50 billion it’s almost impossible to go to a dollar.. retail investor should invest in something else that has more potential to go to a $1 to $10 but not HBar… not to mention all these projects build on top of Hadera, not on Hadera this means HBar not going anywhere. Plus excessive compensation for Hbar foundation executives. Basically we invest and they take the money. We basically buy something that has no value. That not going anywhere.

Brandon, May I suggest putting up some TVs in the background similar to the Paul Barron Show? I think it could really elevate the look and feel of the show. Keep up the great content!

Hackaton is nothing when must to recover huge & fast. Initiate a big pool with a large number of attractive prizes for this kind of Dapps (honestly for both Hedera & builders is with value in $ and payed in Hbar when is on mainnet) With high marketing focused on this pool with both #BuildOnHedera & #MoveOnHedera, until you are 100% sure all market knows this. To succes, this program needs help, need's high waves with high price action and need to be huge to be well known.
